Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PalmGuru mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Xigmapro ("PalmGuru," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment Purpose Only

Palmistry readings, daily fortunes, and chat responses provided by PalmGuru are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not scientific, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

PalmGuru's AI-generated content is based on traditional palmistry interpretation, a practice not supported by scientific evidence as a means of prediction. Use the Service for fun, curiosity, and reflection — not for making important life decisions.

2. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and email account, as sign-in codes are sent there. You must be at least 13 years old to use PalmGuru.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload photos that are not your own palm or that depict another person without consent; attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent free-tier usage limits through technical means.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PalmGuru Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through Google Play, offered in three plans: Basic (₹399/month, up to 10 palm scans per month), Plus (₹1,499/month, up to 100 palm scans per month), and Unlimited (₹9,999/month, unlimited palm scans). Pricing and current plan details are shown in the app and on our Pricing page prior to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, via your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's billing policies.

Scan limits on the Basic and Plus plans reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. If you reach your plan's monthly scan limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to continue scanning, or wait for your limit to reset on your next billing date.

5. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts are limited to one palm scan and report, three questions in the Ask Palm Guru chat, and a preview of the daily fortune. These limits may change as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected on our Changelog.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the palm photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant PalmGuru a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you (including via our AI service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not use your photos to train third-party AI models or for advertising.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings, or by contacting us — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, and AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect or unexpected output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalmGuru and Xigmapro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI-generated readings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
