What's included in the PalmGuru free plan?
The free plan includes one palm scan and report, three questions with Palm Guru chat, and a daily fortune preview.
What PalmGuru Premium plans are available?
PalmGuru Premium has three monthly plans: Basic at ₹399/month for up to 10 palm scans, Plus at ₹1,499/month for up to 100 palm scans, and Unlimited at ₹9,999/month for unlimited palm scans. All plans include the full report on every scan, the full daily fortune, and unlimited Ask Palm Guru chat.
What happens if I use all my scans on the Basic or Plus plan?
Once you reach your plan's monthly scan limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan to continue scanning, or wait until your next monthly billing cycle when your scan count resets.
Can I cancel my PalmGuru Premium subscription?
Yes. PalmGuru Premium is billed and managed through Google Play, so you can cancel anytime from your Google Play subscriptions settings — you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are handled per Google Play's billing policies. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at sales@xigmapro.com and we'll help sort it out.
