Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

1. Open the PalmGuru app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, including your profile information, palm photos, scan results, reports, daily fortunes, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you're unable to access the app, email sales@xigmapro.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information (name, email, date of birth, gender)
• All palm photos and scan results
• All generated reports and daily fortunes
• Your full Ask Palm Guru chat history
• Your registered push-notification device token
• Your active session tokens

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or billing-dispute purposes — for example, transaction records related to a completed subscription purchase, which Google Play retains independently per its own policies. We do not retain palm photos, reports, or chat content after account deletion.
