This Privacy Policy explains how PalmGuru ("PalmGuru," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Xigmapro, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PalmGuru mobile application and website (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in, we collect your email address to send a one-time passcode and to identify your account. We do not use passwords.

Profile information

You may optionally provide your full name, date of birth, and gender to personalize your palm readings. These fields are optional.

Palm photos and scan data

When you use the palm scan feature, we collect the photo(s) of your palm you submit, along with the structured analysis (lines, mounts, hand shape) our AI generates from that photo, and the personalized report produced from it.

Chat messages

We store the messages you send to and receive from the "Ask Palm Guru" AI chat feature so your conversation history is available to you.

Device and usage information

We collect a device push-notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic usage information such as feature usage counts (e.g., free scan/chat limits) needed to operate the Service.

Payment information

Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase token and subscription status from Google — we do not collect or store your card details directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and operate your account
  • To generate your palm scan analysis, personalized reports, daily fortunes, and chat responses
  • To send transactional notifications (e.g., your daily fortune is ready, subscription renewal reminders)
  • To enforce free-tier usage limits and manage Premium subscription access
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the Service, including audit logs of sensitive account actions
  • To respond to support requests sent to sales@xigmapro.com

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following service providers to operate PalmGuru. Each processes a limited set of your data solely to provide their service to us:

  • OpenAI — processes your palm photos and report/chat context to generate AI vision analysis, report text, and chat responses.
  • Brevo — sends transactional emails, including your sign-in one-time passcode.
  • Google Play / Firebase — processes subscription purchases and delivers push notifications.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your palm photos for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your account data, palm photos, reports, and chat history are stored on our servers and retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly in the app under Settings, or by emailing sales@xigmapro.com.

6. Children's Privacy

PalmGuru is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted token-based authentication, restricted file storage for palm photos, and audit logging of sensitive actions to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. See our Changelog for product updates.
